Abstract

The most common cause of spinal tumors is metastasis. Mostly, tumors originating from the lungs, breasts and the prostate lead to tumoral spinal metastasis. Metastases that exhibit isolated spinous process involvement are quite rare. Indicated early surgical intervention and maximum tumor resection are the most effective ways of improving quality of life. In this case report, we present the case of metastasis palpable in the thoracic region of a 60-year-old male patient which only involves the spinous process.
