Abstract
Cystitis cystica and glandularis is a bening proliferative lesion, which improves after chronic inflamation of bladder epitelium or obstruction. Although it usually asemptomatic, it induces gross hematuria, irritative and obstructive symptoms. Although it is still unclear that is precancerous or not, relation with intestinal metaplasia and bladder cancer; it is detected concurrent with bladder cancer in many investigations. In this case we presented a patient that is known T1 grade bladder cancer before, improved muscle invasive bladder cancer from cystitis cystica and glandularis in follow up. Although there is not any evidence about progressing carcinoma in shot term follow up, it is progressed in a short time like 3 months but it is still unknown that is a progression or sencron disease.
